Owner Charles Ellisor took over Jim's Smokehouse Barbecue in September 1992, with a vision of creating high quality hand crafted real barbeque. Charles brings his love and passion to every dish he creates and takes great pride in his customers satisfaction.
 
After marrying his lovely bride, Brenda; they have worked side by side to bring you delicious homemade dishes prepared in a safe and sanitary enviroment. They have received perfect scores (no demerits) from the Health Department for the last 12 years.
